The automobile door assembly line is an automated/semi-automated production line specially used to produce automobile doors and belongs to the core part of the body manufacturing and final assembly process. Through standardized process arrangements, equipment and processes, *tered parts such as door frames, interior and exterior trims, and functional components are gradually assembled into finished doors that meet the vehicle standards, and are finally matched and assembled with the body.
Key equipment and technical characteristics of automobile doors
1. The adjustable red tooling bracket is suspended and the bracket structure is modular, which can quickly adapt to the positioning needs of different vehicle models (such as different door size and opening angle), support mixed-line production of multiple vehicle models, shorten replacement time (such as switching from SUV doors to sedan doors), achieve "flexible manufacturing" and meet personalized order needs.
2. Welding/assembly robots (accounting for more than 60%) are responsible for high-precision, repetitive processes (such as welding and tightening), and are 3-5 times more efficient than manual work.
3. It has an intelligent conveying system, AGV and hanging conveyors to realize automatic transfer of doors between various processes and reduce manual handling.
4. The workstations are arranged compactly according to the process order (such as door trim panel installation → wiring harness connection → seal testing → functional testing), and are uniformly scheduled through the PLC control system, and the beats of each workstation are matched (such as the beats of door lines of mainstream automobile companies are about 30-60 seconds/Taiwan), reducing waiting waste and maximizing equipment utilization.
5. Deploy online testing stations (including 3D gap surface difference detectors, tightness test benches, locking torque testing machines, etc.), and combine AI algorithms to automatically determine defects. The yield rate is stable at more than 99.8%, eliminating water leakage and quality hazards such as abnormal noises and assembly deviations from the source.
