China Zhejiang Yabo Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. is located in Wenling City, Taizhou City, Zhejiang, China. Operating from a 50,000 m² manufacturing facility, we are recognized as a China National High-Tech Enterprise and hold ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification. We specialize in customized vehicle assembly lines and SKD/CDK export solutions for the global motorcycle, three-wheeler, and automotive manufacturing industry.
We serve manufacturers across two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and a full range of four-wheeled commercial and passenger vehicles. Our assembly line products cover the complete spectrum of vehicle production:
- Motorcycle (MC) assembly lines — for motorcycle frame, powertrain, and final assembly processes

- Customized Design: Every assembly line is tailored to the customer’s specific vehicle models, production capacity, and factory layout. We work from initial requirement analysis through 3D design review and final approval.
- Manufacturing: All assembly lines are built in our Zhejiang facility under strict quality control, with key components machined in-house and inspected before assembly.
- SKD/CDK & Global Installation: We provide complete SKD/CDK export solutions along with on-site installation, commissioning, and operator training. Our engineering team travels worldwide to ensure every line runs reliably from day one. We also provide remote technical support, spare parts supply, and ongoing maintenance guidance.
