Motorcycle assembly line

Moto Assembly Lines typically utilize plate chain conveying lines for planar transport movement. These chain plates are usually motor-driven, with steel conveyor chains providing overall traction. Load-bearing steel or plastic plates are fixed to the chain hinges on both sides of the guide rails, interconnected and secured as a continuous conveying medium.

This system offers advantages including simple structure, high conveying capacity, precise and stable speed, and the ability to carry heavy loads while ensuring accurate synchronous transportation. It easily enables stacking and continuous conveying, making it suitable for high-volume continuous production.

Electric bicycle assembly line

E-bike Assembly Line adopts a typical U-shaped or linear layout. The main e-bike body flows sequentially along the conveyor belt, with workstations arranged according to the process flow (e.g., frame assembly, motor installation, body assembly, electrical system connection, etc.) to minimize material handling and waiting time.

Auto Assembly Line (Production Line) - Assembly line equipment for EV assembly typically combines conveying systems and specialized machinery. Common configurations include Overhead Conveyor Lines, Single Plate Chain Lines (SPCL), and Double Plate Chain Lines (DPCL). Equipment can be floor-mounted or flush-ground installed.
