1. Rotary Tiller Product Introduction
The core product manufactured in this workshop is the walking rotary tiller, the key agricultural equipment produced by the rotary tiller production line. The complete machine consists of a fuel engine, gear transmission gearbox, rubber walking tires, handrail control system and rotary tiller working components.
Driven by the fuel engine and adjusted by the gearbox transmission system, the machine drives walking tires for stable movement and rotates the tiller blades to complete farmland tillage work including soil turning, soil crushing and land leveling.
With compact structure, flexible operation and strong adaptability, the walking rotary tiller is widely used for refined farming on small farmland, mountain terraces, orchards and vegetable plots. 2. Rotary Tiller Assembly Line & Production Line Introduction
The workshop is equipped with a standardized rotary tiller assembly line, which is the core assembly unit of the complete rotary tiller production line, specially designed for mass assembly of walking rotary tillers.
Adopting plate-type conveying structure, the assembly line uses tooling plates to carry semi-finished products and deliver workpieces to each assembly station steadily, realizing standardized and streamlined production.
Layered green material racks are arranged on both sides of the rotary tiller assembly line for classified storage of gearbox parts, tire assemblies, handrail components, engine accessories and fasteners, greatly improving feeding efficiency and assembly speed.
Steel truss structures with multiple yellow spring balancers are installed above the production line, specially used for hoisting and assembling heavy core components such as engines and gearboxes. This design reduces manual labor intensity, lowers assembly errors and improves operation safety.
The workshop floor adopts green epoxy floor coating with wear-resistant, dust-proof and neat performance, supporting long-term continuous mass production and ensuring stable assembly quality and production capacity.
The whole rotary tiller production line forms a closed-loop streamlined manufacturing system covering material feeding, pre-assembly, overall assembly, accessory installation, debugging and finished product delivery to realize standardized mass production of walking rotary tillers.
3. Rotary Tiller Assembly Process (Based on Real Workshop Scene)
According to the actual layout of the on-site rotary tiller assembly line, the standardized assembly process is carried out step by step:
- Base Pre-assembly: Take the gearbox assembly as the basic benchmark and fix it on the assembly line tooling plate.
- Power Assembly: Use spring balancers to hoist the fuel engine, accurately connect and fix the engine with the gearbox, and complete the power transmission assembly.
- Walking System Assembly: Install wheel shafts and rubber walking tire assemblies, adjust structural gaps to ensure stable walking performance.
- Control System Assembly: Install handrail assembly, steering rods, clutch mechanism and throttle control components to complete the whole control system installation.
- Auxiliary Accessories Assembly: Install oil pipes, wiring harnesses, bolts and protective accessories to finish complete machine assembly.
- Station Circulation: Semi-finished rotary tillers flow steadily to the next station for detailed assembly work.
- Inspection and Delivery: Complete power testing, transmission debugging, control inspection and appearance detection. Qualified products are delivered and warehoused.
