I. Tricycle production line conveying system
Drum conveying line: It uses the rolling friction of the drum to transfer workpieces, flexibly adapts to different models, and is often used in the assembly line;
Suspension conveying line: Suspension parts (such as frames and carriages) through spreaders, saving ground space and suitable for complex process routes;

Automated equipment: Introduce industrial robots and power-assisted robotic arms to replace repetitive labor (such as welding, gluing, and handling) to ensure that bolt torque meets standards (such as frame connecting bolts) and improve accuracy and efficiency.
Positioning fixture: used to fix the frame or components to ensure the accuracy of the assembly position (such as aligning the mounting holes of the motor and the frame);
Flexible design: Through adjustable clamps and modular workstations, it supports co-linear production of multiple vehicle models (such as carriages of different size and motor power);
Intelligent detection: Use vision sensors (to detect frame welds), sensors (to monitor motor speed), and AI algorithms (to analyze abnormal noises) to improve detection reliability.
